Bacon And Farley of SVN The Masiello Group Complete Sale Of 1621 Hooksett Road

Hooksett, NH 11/30/2020 SVN | Masiello is one of the nation’s premier net lease brokerage firms, has completed the sale of 1621 Hooksett Road. 12.86 acre parcel of land was sold to Harmony LLC for $275,000. Located conveniently off of I-93, this commercially zoned parcel is ready to be developed.

Matthew Bacon and Cassandra Farley of SVN Masiello Commercial represented the seller. The buyer, Harmony LLC, was represented by Diane Martin of Century 21 Northeast.
