DERRY: In early September, the planning board reviewed a proposed 12,681 SF wedding venue. According to the minutes, ‘Kim Livesey, Hyla Brook Land Holdings, LLC, explained she designed the venue to be in keeping with the Robert Frost Farm.’ Formal application expected.

NASHUA- Off market sale! 30 Temple Street in Nashua sold for $10,494,005 in early August according to tax records. The 119,504+/- SF office building and parking lot was sold to Whiting Building LLC. They own several commercial properties in Nashua.

MERRIMACK- Developer Dick Anagnost was granted conditional final approval to construct 48 workforce housing units near Twin Bridge Road on September 6th.

BEDFORD- Earlier this year, Shane Patel of the Akhil Hotel Group requested for a site plan re-approval to construct a five story 120 room extended stay hotel at 270 South River Road. The planning board voted all in favor.

MANCHESTER- On October 6th, a public hearing is set to discuss a 71,590 SF, 8-story building with 77 one- and two-bedroom apartments and 1,752 SF of first floor commercial space at 21-31 Central Street. Developer Grand Central Suites, LLC’s website estimates a project budget of 25 million dollars.  

HUDSON- On the Agenda for the October 12th planning board meeting is a proposed redevelopment of the Hudson Logistics Center from 3 industrial buildings totaling  2,614,984 SF to a single 1,393,822 SF building.
