Bill has serves as a selectman, a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a member of the Planning Board, a member of the Swanzey Economic Advisory Committee and is the District Moderator of the SAU #93 Monadnock School District. Bill’s past experience as a successful small business owner of Sweet Expectations and Lady of America, has prepared him to assist current and aspiring business owners as they seek to locate space for their dream or to expand to a better location. His approach is to be proactive in bringing interested parties together in a manner to expedite the process of consummating the purchase or sale. Todd Alperin

Managing Broker

Todd J. Alperin is a multi-million dollar real estate producer licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire with over 550 sales totaling more than $150 million since beginning his real estate career in 2004. His quick start in real estate earned him the 2005 North Shore Association of Realtors “Rookie of the Year”. As a seasoned professional, Todd joins Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, The Masiello Group with a wealth of experience as a top-producing agent, accomplished manager, and former Broker/Owner. He launched into real estate after working in the financial industry where he worked with some of the most successful financial advisors in the country. His experience in the finance industry helped to sharpen his sales and marketing skills and gave him an understanding of financial markets that he uses in his work today. Todd seeks to continually improve and learn new skills that will benefit his clients and agents. He has received numerous designations that include: Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB) (only 3% of Realtors have received this designation), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), and Loss Mitigation Counselor (LMC). To Todd, every transaction is personal - it is never “just another sale”. He believes in providing clients a “full-service” experience that meets their unique and individual real estate needs. He is known for being available to his clients and giving a high-level of service to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction. Because of this, over 90% of his business is from referrals and repeat clients. He is known by his peers as a “true professional”, in fact, he earned the 2018 True Professional Award from the Northeast Association of Realtors for his tireless dedication. Todd lives in Atkinson, NH with his wife Holly and two daughters, Taylor & Jenna. In his free time, Todd enjoys adventures with his family, spending time outdoors in the mountains or at the beach, and is a tireless Boston sports fan.

Doug Erickson

Douglas M. Erickson, CCIM, has in excess of forty-seven years of commercial and industrial real estate experience and is licensed as a real estate broker in the States of Maine and Florida and as an Auctioneer in the State of Maine. In 1994, Doug became a member of the national chapter of the “Certified Investment Real Estate Institute” (CIREI) and New England Chapter of CIREI. In 1997, Doug received the “Certified Commercial Investment Member” (CCIM) designation from CIREI, an affiliation of the National Association of Realtors. In 1993, several statewide commercial real estate brokers formed the “Maine Commercial Association of Realtors” (MCAR). In 1994, Douglas Erickson became one of its first members. MCAR is an organization with statewide members devoted to assisting each other in the marketing of commercial and industrial properties, providing educational programs on commercial and industrial properties, tax laws, state and federal regulations and latest trends in the market. Additionally, MCAR members, from time to time, meet with many of the heads of businesses to determine their present and future needs. With this information, members of MCAR are better able to serve their clients. In 1997, Doug was the recipient of the Realtor of the Year Award for his contributions to the local, state and national Realtor organizations and in 2015 he received the coveted designation of Realtor Emeritus. In his capacity as a commercial real estate broker Doug was been responsible for bringing Home Depot, Super Walmart, Back Cove Yachts, McDonald’s Restaurant, Applebee’s Restaurant, Hampton Inn and many other national companies into the Midcoast Maine area. On other occasions he has been retained by the State of Maine and several towns and cities in the area to provide development concepts and ideas for the various communities.
